We have established a proactive information notification mechanism that eliminates the need for clients to constantly follow up. After booking is confirmed, we provide the shipping line name, vessel name and voyage, bill of lading number, and estimated arrival/departure times. On the day of container loading, we send loading photos and seal numbers. Once the vessel departs, we update the vessel position every 1 to 2 weeks, and synchronize key milestones (e.g., crossing straits, transshipment port handling). In the event of any irregularities such as container rollover, schedule changes, or congestion at transshipment ports, we immediately notify the client and explain the progress of our resolution. Three days prior to the estimated arrival at destination, we remind the client to prepare customs clearance documents and notify the consignee to arrange pickup. Information is delivered in a structured manner via WeChat or email, ensuring that every milestone is accounted for, exceptions are reported, and progress is traceable – giving clients full visibility and control over their cargo status.
