How is packaging and reinforcement handled for heavy‑duty equipment exports? Is the solution reliable?

2026-09-02

For equipment with special shapes, overweight dimensions, high‑precision components or vulnerable structures, we adopt centralized on‑site protection and customized standardized reinforcement procedures. Different from simple conventional packing, our solutions fully adapt to long‑distance ocean transportation conditions for special containers, including rough vibration, salt spray and high humidity.

Precision mechanical and electrical equipment receives full‑unit moisture‑proof, dust‑proof and shock‑resistant wrapping, with key protection for delicate components and control panels. Hydraulic engineering machinery and marine accessories get targeted safeguards for paint surfaces, precision pipelines and load‑bearing structures. Overweight and irregular‑shaped cargo is levelled and positioned with solid wood sleepers and anti‑slip base plates. Reinforcement is implemented at original factory load‑bearing points by high‑strength straps and multi‑point steel wire ropes, avoiding fragile and precision‑sensitive areas.

All operations are completed at our own yard. Each unit is inspected with photo documentation, greatly lowering risks of shifting, collision and deformation during sea transit. Our reinforcement standards comply with carrier requirements for out‑of‑gauge cargo.
