What makes up the shipping cost for heavy‑duty equipment exported via special containers?

2026-09-02

Pricing for special‑container exports of large‑scale machinery, marine spare parts and precision industrial equipment is offered as an all‑in‑one bundled rate with clear and transparent cost breakdowns, split into domestic‑leg charges and international ocean‑freight charges, with no hidden fees.

Domestic‑leg costs cover short‑distance factory trucking, heavy‑lift crane loading, yard storage and handling, protective packaging and specialized lashing & reinforcement, Shanghai Port terminal handling charges, out‑of‑gauge cargo declaration fees, export customs‑declaration charges and document preparation fees.

International‑leg costs include carrier special‑container ocean freight, bunker surcharges, port incidental charges and space reservation fees. Cargo insurance can be purchased separately upon request. Detailed cost breakdowns can be provided in advance to support corporate foreign‑trade reconciliation and tax‑reporting requirements.
