1. Packaging & Securing

• Secure the anchor body using custom steel frames, welded bases, or anti-slip wooden dunnage.

• Install protective covers or foam cushioning on the flukes to prevent scratching.

• Design dedicated lashing plans based on anchor weight and geometry, in compliance with the Cargo Securing Manual and vessel requirements.

2. Lifting & Handling

3. Transport Modes

• Open-Top Containers or Flat Rack Containers: Suitable for small/medium anchors under 10 tons, avoiding container height restrictions.

• Breakbulk Stowage on Deck: Suitable for large heavy anchors, stowed bare. We provide lashing materials and installation.

• Road Transport: Low-bed flatbeds or extended flatbeds, suitable for single or small quantities of large anchors.
