服务详情
Industrial lifting equipment is critical machinery for hoisting and moving heavy loads in factories, mines, ports, warehouses, construction sites, and other locations. We provide professional transport services from manufacturing plants and repair workshops to end-user sites. Equipment can be shipped as a whole or in dismantled parts, covering individual units to entire production line lifting systems.
Common Types
Overhead Crane (Bridge crane)
Gantry Crane
Jib Crane
Electric Hoist (Wire rope hoist, Chain hoist)
Manual Hoist (Hand chain hoist, Lever hoist)
Monorail Hoist (I-beam track hoist)
Mobile Gantry Frame
Lifting Beam & Spreader
Track and Installation Accessories (Steel rail, Rail clip, Fishplate, Buffer stop)
Key Transport Challenges
Large Dimensions and Heavy Weight: Overhead crane main beams can be several to tens of meters long, weighing several to tens of tons. Gantry crane legs can reach over ten meters in height.
Slender Structure Prone to Deformation: The main beam is a slender structure (length much greater than cross-section). Improper support during transport can cause bending or twisting deformation, affecting the smooth operation of the trolley after installation.
High Precision Requirements for Flange Connection Faces: The flange faces connecting the main beam to the end beam, and the legs to the bogie, must remain flat. Impact or deformation during transport can cause on-site connection difficulties and misalignment.
Precision Components Prone to Damage: Gear reducers, motors, brakes, couplings, and wheel sets are sensitive to impact. Transport vibration may cause internal damage or alignment deviation.
Electrical Control System Requires Moisture and Vibration Protection: Control cabinets, frequency converters, limit switches, cables, and other electrical components may fail or lose accuracy if exposed to moisture or vibration.
Numerous Accessories: A single lifting equipment includes tracks, conductor bars, cable reels, hooks, wire ropes, limiters, and many other accessories, which are easily lost or missing during on-site assembly.
Multiple Oversize Conditions (Length, Width, Height): Large lifting equipment often has multiple oversize characteristics simultaneously, such as over-length (main beam), over-width (main beam + trolley), and over-height (gantry crane legs).
Our Transport Solutions
Dismantling & Packaging
Main beam: Determine whether to ship as a whole or in sections based on transport conditions (sectional if beam length exceeds vehicle capacity). Set support points at both ends and the middle. Fix with steel frames. Cover flange faces with plywood or wooden boards.
End beam and trolley: Ship end beam separately from main beam. Remove trolley and pack individually or secure to one end of the main beam.
Legs: Gantry crane legs are typically shipped in sections. Protect section flange faces with covers. Secure the entire leg assembly with steel frames.
Electric hoist: Small hoists use wooden crates. Medium and larger hoists are bare stowage or steel frame fixed. Protect hoist wheels and hooks with sleeves.
Gear reducers, motors, wheel sets: Pack individually in wooden crates with internal cushioning material. Apply anti-rust oil to flange faces and shaft extensions; install protective covers.
Control cabinets and electrical components: Use moisture-proof wooden crates with desiccant inside. Label "Precision Electrical Equipment".
Track and accessories: Standard rail lengths 9-12m. Bundle with steel straps. Add protective sleeves at both ends. Classify rail clips, bolts, etc., into woven bags or wooden crates.
Install protective covers or sealing tape on all flanges and threaded ports.
Lifting & Handling
Lift using the equipment's built-in lifting lugs or designated lifting points. Main beam lifting points should be at both ends and the middle. Use a spreader beam or multi-point slings to prevent bending deformation during lifting.
Use nylon slings or soft slings for lifting. Prohibit direct contact of wire ropes with machined surfaces.
The loading/unloading site must be level and firm. Pre-lay wooden sleepers or rubber pads before setting down the equipment.
Transport Modes
Breakbulk vessel: Large lifting equipment components are typically stowed on deck or in holds. Weld components to vessel structure. Set uniform support points at both ends and middle of the main beam.
Flat rack container: Suitable for main beam components within container dimensions, without severe over-width or over-height.
Open-top container: Suitable for small overhead crane components or electric hoists.
Main beam and legs: Use hydraulic modular trailers or extendable low-bed flatbeds. Determine axle count based on length and weight. Over-length main beams require extendable decks. Install warning lights and reflective plates at the rear.
Small equipment and accessories: Flatbed or enclosed van.
Oversize transport: Apply for oversize permits in advance. Plan the route. Survey bridges, tunnels, toll stations, curves, and overhead obstacles. Arrange escort vehicles (front and rear).
Road Transport:
Sea Freight:
Multimodal Transport: Road + sea combination for door-to-door service from manufacturing plant to project site.
Value-added Services
Advance route survey. Provide oversize transport plan and bridge load assessment report (if required).
Assistance with export customs declaration and HS code classification (lifting equipment typically falls under crane category).
Pre-shipment photos and videos of equipment condition, flange faces, precision components, and electrical components.
Shock recorder service to record vibration data for precision component liability determination.
Moisture and vibration-proof packaging for control cabinets and electrical components; provide packaging inspection records.
Coordination of crane offloading at destination port/site and placement of components in sequence for installation.
On-site joint inspection and parts handover before installation, upon request.
Our Advantages
Years of experience handling various industrial lifting equipment; familiar with dismantling and sectional transport schemes and support securing requirements for overhead cranes, gantry cranes, electric hoists, etc.
Multi-point support + spreader beam lifting for main beam transport, effectively preventing bending deformation of slender structures. Arrival condition: track mounting surface straight, trolley operates without jamming.
All flange connection faces protected with wooden covers before shipment, preventing impact damage. On-site assembly: bolt holes align accurately.
Precision components such as gear reducers, motors, and wheel sets packed individually in wooden crates. Pre-shipment condition recorded; post-arrival inspection traceable.
Control cabinets and electrical components packed in moisture-proof wooden crates with desiccant; no moisture or vibration damage during sea freight.
Track and accessories shipped together with main equipment in a single batch, packed by category with detailed packing lists. On-site sorting and installation directly from list, no secondary organization required.
Oversize equipment: transport permits processed in advance with route planning, ensuring legal and compliant passage.
Stable breakbulk vessel slots on major global routes; flexible schedule arrangements based on project timelines.
