服务详情
Factory machinery and equipment refer to various types of equipment used in manufacturing for processing, assembly, inspection, power supply, and material handling. They are widely used in industries such as machinery manufacturing, automotive, electronics and electrical appliances, food processing, textiles and apparel, packaging and printing. We provide professional transport services from equipment manufacturing plants and second-hand equipment markets to domestic/overseas factory sites. We offer single-unit or entire production line shipments, covering both new equipment and relocated or retrofitted second-hand equipment.

Welding Equipment (Automatic welding machine, Welding robot workstation, Fume extractor)
Environmental Equipment (Dust collector, Exhaust gas treatment equipment, Wastewater treatment equipment)
Key Transport Challenges
Wide Variation in Single-Unit Weight and Dimensions: Small desktop equipment weighs tens of kilograms; large injection molding machines and presses can reach tens to hundreds of tons, with significant differences in overall dimensions.
Precision Components Sensitive to Vibration: CNC systems, spindles, guide rails, ball screws, servo motors, measuring devices, and other precision components are sensitive to impact and vibration during transport, which may cause accuracy loss or damage.
Difficult to Determine Center of Gravity: Due to the arrangement of motors, hydraulic stations, counterweights, worktables, etc., the center of gravity is often offset to one side. Careful calculation is required during lifting and loading.
Protruding Components Prone to Damage: Control panels, handwheels, oil pipes, cables, control cabinets, coolant pipes, and other parts protruding from the equipment body are easily damaged by impact during transport.
High Requirements for Machined Surfaces: Machined surfaces such as machine tool tables, guide rail surfaces, and mounting bases must remain free of dents and rust; otherwise, equipment accuracy and installation levelness will be affected.
Oil Leakage and Contamination Issues with Second-hand Equipment: Residual hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and coolant inside second-hand equipment may leak during transport, contaminating the vehicle or vessel. Oil stains and rust on the equipment surface may affect import customs clearance.
Numerous Parts after Production Line Dismantling, Prone to Loss: A production line includes many parts such as the main machine, auxiliary equipment, control cabinet, piping, cable trays, platforms, and ladders. If not classified and numbered after dismantling, on-site assembly becomes difficult.
Our Transport Solutions
Dismantling & Packaging
Small desktop equipment: Ship as a whole. Use wooden crates or cardboard boxes with internal cushioning material.
Medium equipment: Remove protruding components (control panel, handwheel, oil pipes, cables, etc.) and pack separately. Main body bare stowage or simple packaging.
Large equipment (injection molding machines, presses, etc.): Dismantle into modules such as the machine body, hydraulic station, control cabinet, heating system, etc. Pack each module individually.
Determine the dismantling plan based on equipment structure and transport conditions:
Machined surface protection: Apply anti-rust oil to worktables, guide rail surfaces, and mounting bases. Cover with kraft paper or plastic film, then add plywood or wooden protective covers.
Pipe and cable handling: Install dust caps or sealing plugs on oil, water, and air pipe ports. Wrap cable plugs in waterproof bags and label.
Control cabinets and electrical components: Use moisture-proof wooden crates with desiccant inside. Label "Precision Electrical Equipment".
Small parts and fasteners: Classify into woven bags or wooden crates with detailed packing lists. Ship together with the main equipment.
Second-hand equipment pre-treatment: Drain residual liquid from oil tanks and water tanks. Clean surface oil stains and rust (if required). Take photos of critical parts.
Lifting & Handling
Lift using the equipment's built-in lifting rings or designated lifting points. Never use handwheels, motor lifting rings, cylinder piston rods, or other weak parts as main lifting points.
For equipment with an offset center of gravity, use a spreader beam or multi-point slings to ensure smooth lifting without tilting.
Use nylon slings or soft slings for lifting. Prohibit direct contact of wire ropes with machined surfaces and painted surfaces.
The loading/unloading site must be level and firm. Pre-lay wooden sleepers or rubber pads before setting down the equipment.
Transport Modes
Standard container: Suitable for small and medium equipment within container dimensions. Secure equipment to pallets or base frames. Load into container. Fill gaps with air bags or wooden dunnage.
Open-top container or flat rack container: Suitable for equipment exceeding height or width limits. Weld or bolt equipment base to container floor. Protect protruding components with covers.
Breakbulk vessel: Suitable for large equipment or entire production line shipments. Stow on deck or in holds. Weld equipment to vessel structure.
Small equipment: Enclosed van or flatbed. Secure equipment to pallets with straps.
Medium equipment: Flatbed. Strap or weld equipment base to vehicle deck. Fill gaps with air bags or wooden dunnage.
Large and oversized equipment: Low-bed hydraulic modular trailers. Apply for oversize transport permits in advance. Plan the route. Arrange escort vehicles (front and rear).
Road Transport:
Sea Freight:
Multimodal Transport: Road + sea + rail combination for door-to-door service from manufacturing plant to factory site.
Value-added Services

Our Advantages
Years of experience handling various factory machinery and equipment; familiar with lifting points and dismantling/packaging schemes for lathes, injection molding machines, presses, air compressors, and other equipment.
All machined surfaces (worktables, guide rails, bases) protected with anti-rust oil + film + wooden cover before shipment. Arrival condition: no rust, no dents; installation accuracy unaffected.
Protruding components (control panels, handwheels, oil pipes, cables) removed and packed separately by category with installation position labels. Direct on-site installation upon arrival.
Control cabinets and electrical components packed individually in moisture-proof wooden crates with desiccant. No moisture or vibration damage during sea freight; no faults upon power-up.
Second-hand equipment: residual liquid drained, surface oil stains cleaned before shipment, meeting export and import country customs requirements.
Entire production line dismantled and shipped: parts numbered by installation sequence with detailed packing lists. Direct on-site assembly by number, no searching required.
Equipment main body can be shipped together with control cabinets, hydraulic stations, piping, accessories, etc., in a single batch for unified customs clearance and one-time handover.
Oversize large equipment: transport permits processed in advance with route planning, ensuring legal and compliant passage.
Stable breakbulk and flat rack container slots on major global routes; flexible transport options based on equipment dimensions and batch size.
